This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments made to Orynet IT Services & Consulting and OryNet Career Hub for services, courses, internships, training programs, and related offerings. By making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Refund Policy
All payments made are considered final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Orynet.
2. Courses & Training Programs
- Once access to course content is granted, no refunds will be issued.
- Failure to attend classes, complete assignments, or participate does not qualify for a refund.
- Course fees are non-transferable to other individuals or programs.
3. Internship Programs
- Internship fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once the program has started.
- Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of internship requirements.
- Stipends, if mentioned, are subject to performance and are not guaranteed.
4. Placement Assistance
Placement assistance fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. Orynet does not guarantee job placement, employment, or salary outcomes.
5. Service Cancellation by Orynet
Orynet reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service, course, or program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative solutions or credits may be offered at Orynet’s discretion.
6. Payment Issues & Chargebacks
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
- Users are encouraged to contact Orynet support before raising payment disputes.
7. Policy Changes
Orynet reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
